Monday

Water throughout the day, but probably not enough
Breakfast
 1 reheated waffle that Ann made, with Ann's raspberry jam
 1 slice of malted wheat bread, with chunky peanut butter
 4 cups of coffee throughout the day, 50% decaf, all fresh ground
 1/2 cranberry scone

 2 handfuls of trail mix: cashews, almonds, dried cherries

Lunch
 Open faced sandwich, no butter
 1 slice of my new oat bread, baked today
 1 thin slice Swiss cheese
 3 slices turkey
 1 leaf of romaine lettuce on top

Mid-afternoon
 1 of Ann's frozen yogurts with mini chocolate chips

Supper
 Ann's ham bone potato soup
 2 servings steamed broccoli
 1 toasted bun with butter
 4 fresh cherries
 12 fresh blueberries
 6 fresh raspberries

 1 square of dark chocolate
 6.4 oz cheap red wine, Cabernet

 1 slice of my oat bread with chunky peanut butter
