Water throughout the day, but probably not enough
Breakfast
 1 egg, scrambled
 2 toasts with butter
 4 cups of coffee throughout the day, 50% decaf, all fresh ground

 A handful of trail mix: cashews, almonds, dried cherries

Lunch
 Last 2 pieces of leftover Marguerite pizza
 1 leaf of romaine lettuce

Mid-afternoon after walk to library
 1 of  Ann's chocolate chip cookies or
 1 of Ann's frozen yogurts with mini chocolate chips

Supper
 8 shrimp, marinated in olive oil
 1 serving rice with parmesian cheese
 2 servings green beans
 Roasted bun with garlic flavored butter
 3 fresh cherries
 8 fresh blue berries
 6 fresh raspberries

 1 square of dark chocolate
 6.4 oz cheap red wine, cabernet

 1 slice of bread with chunky peanut butter
