Water throughout the day, but probably not enough
Breakfast
 1 reheated waffle that Ann made, with Ann's raspberry jam
 1 reheated blueberry pancake that Ann made, with maple sysup
 4 cups of coffee throughout the day, 50% decaf, all fresh ground
 2 handfuls of trail mix: cashews, almonds, dried cherries

Lunch
 Open faced sandwich, no butter
 1 slice of bread
 1 thin slice Swiss cheese
 3 slices turkey
 1 leaf of romaine lettuce on top

Mid-afternoon after walk to library
 1 of Ann's frozen yogurts with mini chocolate chips, and
 1/2 cranberry scone

Supper
 1 slice of roast beef
 1/2 roasted carrot
 1 ear corn on the cob with butter & salt
 1 warmed bun, half dipped in gravy, half with butter
 3 fresh cherries
 8 fresh blueberries
 6 fresh raspberries

 1 square of dark chocolate
 6.4 oz cheap red wine, Cabernet

 1 slice of  bread with chunky peanut butter
