Tuesday

Water throughout the day, but probably not enough
Breakfast
 1 tablespoon grapefruit with juice
 1 reheated blueberry pancake that Ann made
 1 slice of  my oat bread, with chunky peanut butter
 4 cups of coffee throughout the day, 50% decaf, all fresh ground

 2 handfuls of trail mix: cashews, almonds, dried cherries

Lunch
 Open faced sandwich, no butter
  1 slice of my oat bread
  1 thin slice Swiss cheese
  3 slices turkey
  1 leaf of romaine lettuce on top

Mid-afternoon after walk to library
 1 of  Ann's chocolate chip cookies

Supper
 Fish on a bun
 Reheated rice stuff
 2 servings of green beans
 4 fresh cherries
 10 fresh blueberries
 6 fresh raspberries

 1 square of dark chocolate
 6.4 oz cheap red wine, Cabernet

 1 slice of my bread with chunky peanut butter
