Wednesday

Water throughout the day, but probably not enough
Breakfast
 1 tablespoon grapefruit with juice
 1 reheated pancake that Ann made
 1 slice of  my whole wheat bread, with chunky peanut butter
 4 cups of coffee throughout the day, 50% decaf, all fresh ground

 3 handfuls of trail mix: cashews, almonds, dried cherries

Lunch
 Open faced sandwich, no butter
 1 slice of my bread
 1 thin slice Swiss cheese
 3 slices turkey
 1 leaf of romaine lettuce on top
 1/2 pear

Mid-afternoon after walk to library
 1 of Ann's frozen yogurts with mini chocolate chips

Supper
S.O.S.
 1 serving steamed broccoli
 5 fresh cherries
 12 fresh blueberries
 6 fresh raspberries

 1 square of dark chocolate
 6.4 oz cheap red wine, Cabernet

 last slice of my oat bread with chunky peanut butter
