My bread

I make bread in a bread machine.

On the day I make bread, I grind my own flour, organic hard red winter wheat from Montana.
My recipe contains no white sugar or bad oil. I use a tablespoon of honey and a tablespoon of olive oil.

Sometimes I also grind rye, barley or rolled oats. I've tried many other flours and written 2 books about bread making which are no longer in print.
